Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). In the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. There is a Clock PLL called HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 1GHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. As long as there are 2.375V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with LVDS logic levels. This clock generator is a member of FemtoClock? NG series.
