As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 625MHz. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.375V~3.465V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. It's compatible with LVPECL logic levels.
