It is packaged in the way of 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). D flip flop is included in the Tape & Reel (TR)package. T flip flop uses Differentialas its output configuration. Positive Edgeis the trigger it is configured with. This electronic part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The JK flip flop operates at 2V~6Vvolts. -55°C~125°C TAis the operating temperature. This logic flip flop is classified as type D-Type. In FPGA terms, D flip flop is a type of 74HCseries FPGA. A frequency of 28MHzshould be the maximum output frequency. D latch consists of 2 elements. As a result, it consumes 2μA quiescent current and is not affected by external forces. A total of 14 terminations have been made. A voltage of 3V is used as the power supply for this D latch. Its input capacitance is 10pFfarads. It is a member of the HC/UHfamily of D flip flop. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 6V. For normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2V.
