74F366PC Overview
Logical driver uses a neat 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. Tube external packaging. Available in Through Hole. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. Qualified to operate within 0°C~70°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 15mA 64mA. Logical driver can deal with 3-State output (s). All of the 1 elements are put into use. Digital buffer is one of the 74F series devices. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 16 pins. The bus transceiver employs 6 bits for each element. You can search "74F366" for other related electrical components. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 49mA. 6 bits are included within the electrical component. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as 0°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 70°C. Buffer driver outputs 15mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct 64mA of current.
