LED drivers with the enhanced SOT-23-6 package will be able to drive a variety of common LEDs with ease.There is a Digi-Reel? package for this receiver.With a supply voltage range of 3.3V, this line driver ic operates efficiently.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this wide receiver has 6 terminations integrated.As a standard package, this transceiver comes with a 6-pin layout that follows the market standard.6-pin driver IC with improved power dissipation control.Through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size is reduced dramatically.This transceiver module is designed to operate from an input voltage supply of 5.5V.There is one driver IC that is designed to operate from a 3.3/5V power supply, and only one driver IC in total.This rf transceiver module can have?up to 1 eligible receivers on the field at once.?It is important that the operating transceiver module's temperature is below 85°C.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this optical transceiver.Additionally, the optical transceiver module's WITH LOGIC LEVEL SUPPLY OF 3V TO 5.5V function provides improved signal management accuracy and stability.There should be enough current supplied to the VCC pin of the part, but not more than 0.5mA.It is rated at a transceiver's maximum supply voltage of 5.5V, which is higher than most ICs.
