According to the latest report released by the market research organization TrendForce, it is estimated that the shipment of AI servers (including GPUs, FPGAs, ASICs, etc.) By 2026, the proportion will increase to 15%, and at the same time, the compound annual growth rate of AI server shipments from 2022 to 2026 will be raised to 22%. In addition, AI server chip shipments are expected to increase by 46% in 2023.

According to TrendForce, NVIDIA GPU is the mainstream chip in the AI server market, with a market share of about 60% to 70%, followed by AISC chips developed by cloud providers, with a market share of more than 20%.
In the second half of the year, the trend of AI computing will continue to penetrate various professional fields, such as cloud/e-commerce services, smart manufacturing, financial insurance, smart medical care, and smart driving assistance.With the gradual increase in demand for high-end GPUs such as NVIDIA A100, H100, AMD MI200, MI300, and Google's self-developed TPU, TrendForce estimates that the demand for HBM will increase by 58% annually in 2023, and is expected to increase by about 30% in 2024.
